cancellation policy

If you no longer require overnight pet-sitting, you must cancel no less than two weeks before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled start date will be subject to 50% of the total billing amount, charged to the card on file.

If you need to cancel a walk or drop-in appointment, you must cancel no less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date and time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date and time will be subject to 50% of the total billing amount, charged to the card on file.
